Quality Guarantee

We carefully inspect each order before shipping to ensure premium quality. If you receive magnets that are:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect images
• Wrong order

Important Note About Custom Products As our photo magnets are custom-made with your personal images, they fall under the category of personalized items. Therefore:
• We cannot accept returns for correctly produced orders
• Each magnet is produced specifically for you
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Send clear photos showing any defects

What We'll Do For verified quality issues, we will:
